Pros
The staff and trainers seemed really nice and outgoing. They do have a good interview and training process.
They do host events and trips for staff.
Cons
Job posting says they pay $50-60k/year, but in reality, it's all commission-based. While they don't make you buy anything to start, I would say they are a MLM/ pyramid scheme, as it's basically you start as a sales rep going door to door trying to ask people to apply for their services and you make barely anything as you feed the pockets of those higher up as you just wait for the chance they finally promote you and you can start making money off the new hires too. While we were told there are no cold calls or fake leads, you think it's already interested clients, but that isn't the case. You get a lot of No's mainly because all the leads are just those using Telus services, from what I learned. I feel like their job listings are pretty deceiving,
Also, the hours are really long.
