Never work here - Sales Representative Executive Acquisitions Employee Review

Pros

Some fun coworkers and working outdoors

Cons

Well the most obvious is that it’s a clear MLM. Their whole business is hiring people and using them for as long as possible. They post fake job titles, fake reviews, and claim huge earnings potential when you you climb the ranks, even though 99% of people are stuck as door to door sales representatives. Once you’re in, they try to keep you in as long as possible while only seeing you as a revenue number. If you get promoted, you’ll get more hours and less pay, when the earning potential to begin with is already minimal. Most people quit within 1 to 12 weeks because they can’t afford to work here, or finally realize they’re apart of a MLM. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I thought even if I prevent one person from wasting their time and money, it’ll be worth it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and strive to address any concerns raised by our team members. It's important to us that everyone has a positive experience and feels valued in our organization. We want to clarify that we are not a multi-level marketing (MLM) company. MLMs do not work with pre-existing major companies such as our clients. They usually make you buy into their program, which comes with a certain level of risk. None of this applies to us. We offer opportunities for personal and professional growth, and we aim to provide fair compensation for the work our team members do. Your experience is important to us and we would appreciate hearing more about it so we can make things right. Feel free to contact us at careers@executiveacquisitions.ca.
