      Great support from the coordinators

      Cons

      Hard to fit enough hours into your day to make it full time. A lot of clients want certain "popular hours" I found which made it hard to work 8 hours a day in a reasonable time frame.

      Pros

      The reason I enjoyed working here is simply because I got a chance to enter act with children from all background.

      Cons

      The downsize would be watching the children their lives be so easily destroyed by their parents mistake.
