Pros

Although working here is very unpleasant, at the very least the pay was competitive compared to what other companies are offering.

Cons

The key to succeeding at FFUN is not by performing at a high level, but by being a sycophant and licking your boss' shoes. A lot of people who hold high positions got to where they are by having connections in high places. It's incredibly said to see hard workers unrewarded, while other employees get to move up the chain all because they said some pretty words to right people.
