Pros
great place for low end employees, The kind no one else want. Get paid the same as hard working employees. Experience doesn't matter. All get paid the same.
Cons
Unprofessional management. No people leading skills. Very negative environment. No matter how much you produce, you will never get to see a wage rise. Don't expect to get a wage based on your experience, someone with 50 years gets paid the same as someone just out of school,,,bad format.
