      Good colleagues are the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      Volatile Leadership Ignorance to talent No sick leaves or paid leaves the first year, you are expected to be not sick the first year. All benefits after 3 months. An HR who does not take doctor's notes.

      Co-workers are amazing and the workflow is constant

      Cons

      GM is a lunatic, fired a 1/4 of the workforce because he didn't like them. His sidekick is no better. Owner is a pretty cool guy, he does get excited though.

      lots of confusion in management / getting hung up on very small silly technicalities that could be fixed with a little common sense.
