Big company, and have an option to work from home 2 times a week.
Cons
People are arrogant and unfriendly in general. Workflow is very manual and messy. Project rollout without having enough UAT, and IT team likes to paint point to others. There is no org chart, no clear roles and responsibilities of each function/team. People work around the clock, no work life balance, that's why high turn over rate.
