      Colleagues were nice and the work was interesting and challenging. Nice benefits.

      Cons

      People were fired with no reason given or based on the CEO’s whims. This kept everyone guessing who would be next. It led to a very stressful environment where you didn’t know if you’d be next. Compensation was low for the work required.

      Compensation is attractive, but misleading

      Cons

      No direction from CEO on down, extraordinarily poor business decisions, extremely unqualified personnel in leadership positions, franchise network has extremely poor reputation with the insurance industry in the US, no efforts or understanding from leader leadership to fix problems, zero coaching, excellent performance not rewarded, performing employees go on rewarded while politics range supreme at this organization
