Pros
- Culture and team is the best - Pay and benefits are great - Lots of responsibility - Like doing something meaningful in the world cause I have worked at other tech companies, which I HATED - Everyone is very smart and works hard - They invest a lot of time and money in the people and the culture - Feel like all of my best friends work at Flipp
Cons
- Company has been a bit lost for the last two years (still doing fine it seems and there's a new CEO which has been a real change, but they are losing a lot of people) - Hate the location of the office (far from my house and what seems like civilization) - this might not be relevant in the future though - Wish they would spend more time training coaches (although it seems like its getting better)
