Pros
Smart people, good work from home policy. Can chose fully in office, hybrid or fully remote.
Cons
Pretentious company with little promise. Management care more about how they look than actually helping and training their staff. The company prides itself on giving and receiving feedback but management doesn't apply any feedback given. The company is extremely disorganized with very inefficient processes. Very smart people are very set in their ways and will not adapt to feedback or suggestions. It seems more important to be right than to learn and apply feedback. This is holding the company back. The product shows little promise as the company expects only the sales team to grow the business while there is little to no growth on marketing to potential users. This doesn't make any sense! The app is its only inventory. They look to hire people with diverse advertising backgrounds but take little to no suggestion. These people quickly leave as the company sticks to the status quo and stagnates. Unfortunately, this app is becoming dated very quickly as better advertising solutions emerge. Not to mention, they utilize somewhat random metrics to show performance. The attribution model is a mess, with Flipp attributing purchases to all visits. It is very easy to see gaps in the logic and as clients ask for transparency this will come to light.
