      project and global team exposure is great

      Cons

      Speaking for Safety Systems Team, > teams are short staffed > high attrition rate leading to re-training > management is skeptical of employees at execution phase > management lacks project and resource planning > everything is urgent > pay is extremely substandard

      Began as a collaborative and friendly environment to work, with amazing managers and coworkers.
