Financial Planning and Analytics department in Canada has no directions; you will not be doing stuff that you are hired for. Finance department has high turnover due to lack to direction and no work and life balance. They all talk about work and life balance but in reality they do not care about it and will throw you under bus if needed. If you want to ruin your career and have stressful life this is best company to work for.
