Cons
I was deeply disappointed by my experience at G Adventures. The so-called “happiness business model” felt more like a facade, with employees expected to work unreasonable hours and unpaid overtime under the guise of “personal growth.” The environment was intense and unsustainable, leaving many feeling depleted and burnt out. There was a strong focus on “personal brand,” often accompanied by harsh criticism. If you live to work with little work life balance, then this is the company for you.
