      Pros

      I don't see any pros as they ask to work for long hours with minimal salary offer.

      Cons

      There is no termination intimation to employees. They use pseudo names so we can't identify their actual name and can't contact further. Its very disappointing to work hard and no appreciation. They want employees to work 10-12 hours and don't expect any support.
