Belittled and not listened to. - Cleaner GDI Integrated Facility Services Employee Review

Never positive feedback on work. Only point out things wrong. Work is not realistic. Supervisors ignore you when expressing yourself. Supervisor used passive aggressive remarks to belittle me. Location I worked for would complain about everything. Told to do things in rotation but not actually true. If I missed even a thread on the floor somewhere I got complaints. Did my best to get it clean to their standards just to be talked to like I did something wrong. Was dropped into work with no training on chemicals or cleaning just so a year later I could be harassed about something's done wrong. Over all stay away not worth the headache.
