      lots of bureaucracy - very political. work life balance is not always encouraged external candidates often selected over internal applicants for roles. layoffs/downsizing is common

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
