Pros
Great collaboration and communication among teams people's opinions and suggestions are heard and discussed Fantastic company culture, mix of hard work and fun (Games room, social outings, prime location) Flexible work hours, competitive vacation package, the company values work/life balance
Cons
Tight deadlines and overtime required on occasion, but all within reason. A need to increase gender diversity within the organization, but progress is being made to bridge this gap.
