Pros
Good people, nice that the work-from-home option became a reality since the pandemic. Before that, there were turnstiles at the entrances to measure peoples' time spent at the office - just to give you an idea.
Cons
You have to fight tooth and nail for salary increases. Don't believe them when they say they don't have the money. In reality, they are just give more money than they should to other people. You have to threaten to quit or actually announce that you're quitting before you get offered a raise.
