If we only had positive feedback from employees, nothing would change. So, thank you for telling us what you’ve experienced. We take it seriously because we want General Dynamics Mission Systems to be a career destination for the very best. Change is a good thing and the only way to make changes is to understand where you’re falling short of expectations. If you are open to talking more about your experiences, please contact us at GDMSCareers@gd-ms.com

Pros

GD has lots of interesting projects to work on across multiple locations. If you want to make a career at GD, I don't think you would be bored because there is so much to work on. Work has been very stable over decades with no indication that that will change. Work life balance is also valued and generally very good outside of major project milestone deliveries.

Cons

Pay is competitive with defense industry but not private sector.
