Work life balance doesn't exist. 24/7 or else, " you are lazy". Horrible communication tools, overload of multiple inefficient and slow tools for copany functions. Very toxic environment. Firing people is the solution to system and process inefficiencies and lack of management skills at the very top. Absolutely no value for employees. Claim to hire top talent without understanding of their value , telling them what to do (what they know) instead of learning from them, Lack of experiences across the ownership- taking lots of risks, no long term investments or consideration. Wrongful dismissals when they entice people from other employers promising everything but expecting them to do only what company is used to,
