Weird cult like behavior from corporate that has management micromanaging you so you upsell everything and take advantage of people by suggesting they buy more expensive things than they actually need. The assistant manager would tell me inappropriate stories about her life outside of work. Management is constantly lecturing you to sell sell sell and act like a disingenuous car salesman. I asked the corporate grooming instructor who became acting HR when the company got bought out for dental insurance questions and she never got back to me, and then I was terminated.
