Pros
I honestly can't think of any other than the kind people (not management) who work there.
Cons
Leadership at this company is deeply flawed. There is a pervasive culture of sexism, with women frequently sidelined, blamed, or demoted, while unprofessional behavior from male supervisors goes unchecked. When I joined, multiple female colleagues warned me about a particular supervisor's inappropriate conduct—apparently a well-known but unaddressed issue.
Rather than addressing systemic issues or offering fair compensation, the company prefers to spend extravagantly on performative gestures like a $250-per-person holiday party, which seems more about optics than genuine appreciation of employees.
