Pros

-Lots of work and always busy even in their "slow" season. -Lots of exposure to big clients and work accounts. -Varying amounts of jobs and skilled workers to ask when you need help.

Cons

-you pay for coffee -you get compensated for time but its measured through KPI's and bean counters in accounting -advancement is only available when there is no other option -breaks are seriously only 30 minutes (or less) -often have to work outside your required hours and no compensation pay -safety is not taken seriously -lots of strange rules that don't account for worker wellbeing or appreciation

Pros

Great company culture, so much help, contact with CEO, support and team spirit.

Cons

Separated by locations due to the other offices in Canada and Seattle.

Pros

I honestly can't think of any other than the kind people (not management) who work there.

Cons

Leadership at this company is deeply flawed. There is a pervasive culture of sexism, with women frequently sidelined, blamed, or demoted, while unprofessional behavior from male supervisors goes unchecked. When I joined, multiple female colleagues warned me about a particular supervisor's inappropriate conduct—apparently a well-known but unaddressed issue. Rather than addressing systemic issues or offering fair compensation, the company prefers to spend extravagantly on performative gestures like a $250-per-person holiday party, which seems more about optics than genuine appreciation of employees.
