      Pros

      I worked here for over 5 years & with all of the management changes that occurred within that last year. I can't think of any pros other than good PTO & 401K contributions

      Cons

      Insurance/Benefits are not good. Salary & commissions are not good compared to others in the industry, management is poor, training & development are poor. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone other than my worst enemy. Just plain bad...

      Decent wage for the area.

      Cons

      The team is clueless. No organization. Learned in just a couple days that i would be getting a phone and would be on call all of the time, however in interviews was told rarely.
