Pros
There are none. If you know anything about the car business you are more up to speed then the Executives running this company.
Cons
Executive management knows zilch about the retail car business. They actually fire people who do and try to correct the mistakes the Executives have made. Pay is substandard. Salary has moved $15 in 10 years. Completely disconnected from merit or cola realties. Expects F&I to work for free. Nobody who runs anything can figure out why the retail division is in the toilet, not introspective enough to realize its leaderships lack of key knowledge, like you have to advertise what you are trying to sell. Do you want to work for minimum wage and lunch trucks?Do free thermos and coffee mugs pay your bills? Me neither. They make toxic GM’s the face of the company when the inside joke is he can’t hire anyone because they aren’t a supermodel willing to work for min. wage. If you aren’t married to a Holman, or one of the family you aren’t really going anywhere. Cliques on cliques on top of nepotism and more cliques. Toxic death pit of bad corporate culture. Don’t forget One Holman , unless you’re in retail. Then it’s 6 year vesting 401k, while immediately vesting for all other divisions. They talk about culture but it’s all lip service. That should show you have bad the culture is, 6 years to vest for retail, but all other divisions is immediately. You have a retention problem and the solution is to screw your new hires instead of solving the problems that require this type of solution.
