Kind of cheap mindset - Senior FSE Hologic Employee Review

Cheap mindset, you have to justify your meals and expenses to your direct manager and must talk about the chocolate bar you ate on your previous trip for the duration of your employment with this company. They are not seeking to save money for the FS group; rather, the manager has free time to go over all of your meals and the items you ordered for the trip. Rather than discussing the chocolate bar, please try to move me into the courses I want to be in and use my intellect at the R&D level. I found this horrible and despised this attitude, thus I'm quitting this role.
