Favourtism, bullying, nepotism are all alive and thriving. HR is not on your side as they work for the company. Management is aware, but nothing ever changes. Instead of dealing with any of these archaic issues, management’s answer is simply to escort anyone who dares to speak up about these issues, right out the front door. They are not interested in your happiness or your well being. The bogus mental health posters that line the walls only pretend to support a culture that does not exist. It’s actually a joke among the staff. As a consequence, staff turnover is staggering and job security non-existent.
