Pros
Super smart and talented teams...you will learn a lot from your peers and form bonds that will reach far beyond after leaving. Really cool projects. Competitive salary.
Cons
Lots of changes at the global leadership level in a very short amount of time except for the CFO/COO, now acting CEO. Read that again. Bullying in the workplace is accepted (and in some cases, encouraged) at the senior leadership level. And if you think you can approach HR about the bullying that goes on here...think again. When this type of behaviour is condoned at the very top, going to HR only makes matters worse. The extreme political landscape at this company is nauseating...if you rub someone the wrong way or bring forward any issues that reflect poorly on your boss, department head, or other senior leaders, those in power quickly grab the nearest pitchfork and torch and before long you'll come to learn that you're the one that has become the "issue". Leadership does not care about the people who work here, they only care about themselves. If they don't get rid of you outright, they will try to make you so miserable you feel you have no choice but to leave. This review will likely be brushed aside as just another 'disgruntled employee'...it won't cause anyone in global leadership to even consider why someone might be feeling this way because they don't actually care or want to do anything about it. There are plenty of others here that have shared distressing experiences (one coworker even shared they had recurring nightmares after being constantly harassed by someone in BK leadership) but are too damn SCARED to say anything about it. Hell, I'm one of them.
