Pros
Salary is comparable to other O&G in the Calgary Area, Benefits are reasonable and the bonus program is fair (assuming there is money to distribute). Master Card / Husky branded credit card are available for all employees with discounts on gas and extra bonus points at their retail stations.
Cons
The IT department has just gone through an outsource. The IT management is making every pitfall of every other failed outsource and each day the mess grows. There has been 120% turn over within 4 years at the director level (directly below the CIO). Why HR has not addressed this remains an incredible.
