Avoid If Possible - 3D Artist ICON Creative Studio Employee Review

My passion for 3D suffered here, and I am still recovering. I'm writing this out of sadness for my friends that still work there, and the ones that already quit, whom every time I met tell me how tired they are of trying to be heard or how their superiors undervalued their work. Is not just a couple of stories, there's so many. If this is your first job you might not notice the toxic environment, but after a while you'll see they do not care for the artists wellbeing.
