      Production and ownership are disconnected from reality, seems to prefer loyalty/submissiveness over competence. Promotion based on friendship over competence. Seniors/Leads/Production with less 2 years experience.

      Lots of room to grow inside the company, cool projects, not a lot of OverTime

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be on the lower end compared to other studios, specially if you don’t negotiate.

      -Salary need to upgrade to compete with inflation and living cost in BC -Direct deposit will be great instead of cheque
