Terrible Company to work for - Customer Service Representative (CSR) IG Wealth Management Employee Review

This company talks about how they support mental health but I don't believe that to be true based on their actions. If you are struggling they will find a way to gang up on you and 'let you go'. So many people are currently on leave of absence due to stress and being overworked. The company consistently reports that they have record net flows and are making so much money but they do not reflect that in the increase in salaries of anyone who is not upper management. Also be prepared to be treated poorly by a lot of management if you are gay or not a certain ethnicity. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations working here.
