Excellent team on site, strong learning and self-development opportunities, and a workplace I genuinely expected to retire from. Great day-to-day culture and supportive coworkers.
Cons
Upper management is off-site and often changes direction after investing in projects. The decision to shut down the Maitland plant felt disconnected and left many employees blindsided.
