Room to grow. Lots of opportunities to move to the states. No micromanagement. People are friendly.

Poor leadership. Leadership team is under qualified. Leadership does not care about employee growth. They only care about their numbers. Sales managers are under qualified. Not flexible with decisions. They charge you for offering health benefits.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.
Cons
The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
