Pros

-ability to work remotely or during special hours -occasional food and lunch catering -friendly staff (for the most part) - have done Christmas parties/Christmas bonuses - allow drinking of alcohol in the office

Cons

-no accountability when an individual is not doing there job continually over many quarters or does not do things described in their job description -implementation of "teal management" has led to immense disorganization and a communist environment leaving individuals to argue with each-other for respect and fair treatment -there are individuals who receive special treatment for personal reasons (family relation etc.) creating a biased and unfair environment for many - there is no possibility for career advancement/ growth from your assigned role and attempting to do so may result in your dismissal from the company -the staff has proven to be derogatory and blatantly disrespectful to one another both to ones face and in a cyber bullying/harassing capacity - individuals have had wrongful dismissed based on legitimate terms and many work place laws are disregarded - the CEO has split himself thin across roles managing multiple companies and does not realize Ian Martin needs supportive and accountable leadership

I looked at the list of people who’ve left in the last 6 months (it’s short) … I know all of the people and their situations personally and I can’t place the concerns you’ve highlighted. I have been one of the luckiest people that had the chance to work with Ian Martin Group. They first took their time to get to know me and to see what would be a better fit for me then they told me about the job opportunities. Very knowledgeable staff, they understand what and where are each individual skills. they also take you to the next level in your career. I have been lucky to work with such a wonderful team (Account Manager-Tim Rhodes, Manager - Srikanth, recruiter- Avinash). They understood what are my needs and what kind of job I'm looking for. With their advice and deep understanding and knowledge of the market, they placed me in the best place that I have ever worked in. If you are a highly skilled person and well educated trying to get the job you have always dreamt of, Ian Martin Group is the way to go. After they had interviewed me for nearly an hour, It was one of the most amazing interviews, they got to know me better and understood what I need in my next role and what kind of experience that I have
