-very few opportunities to obtain full time work. They mainly hire part timers which means no dental and barely any medical -the headphones are made of hard plastic, uncomfortable, and you have to listen to everyone chatting non-stop in your ear throughout the day. This also makes it easy for your superiors to constantly check in on you, even if you are busy helping a customer. - high expectations for so little money. Even if you have lots of experience, you will be paid minimum wage only. Very little chance of getting a wage increase each year (according to the staff I have spoken to) and if you do maybe $0.40. - Non-seasonal part timers are hired on a contract basis, so even if you have been there 5 years or more, you will likely never be permanent, always contract and each year your contract will be renewed (if they wish to keep you on), meaning this is a job that provides very little security and stability -software is complicated and prehistoric
