-no work life balance .. basically they might pay you ~1.2 of the average salary you get in the market but then they will put 2-3 times the normal load on you constantly ! A company that is constantly in crisis ... -lots of politics forcing you to wanting to leave asap ... it was a good company a couple of years ago ! But that all has dramatically changed ... so just avoid it if not looking for a headache - financial instability of the company and frequent changes in organizations - not having a solid business plan which always puts the pressure on engineers either for job security concerns or changes in programs, meeting deadlines, etc etc
