Tons of one-on-one business coaching, support from head office, lots of opportunities for growth, you are in control of your business (you could have clients or 100+ your choice), you get a sense of ownership over your career, company is results driven and wants to make you reach your goals. It is also a very positive environment, you always feel motivated to reach your goals.
Cons
It can take some time to build your business. This is not necessarily a con as anyone who is a business owner knows that it takes time. Don't think you will join the company and have 20 clients within a month, this won't happen, nor will it happen anywhere else either! Keep working on your business plan and using the tools you are given to grow your business and reach the income you want.
