      Pros

      Can work however much or little you want. It’s been a great way to make the money I need to get by being a full time student

      Cons

      The minimum pay per batch is low even with large orders, which sometimes means you could make less than minimum wage in an hour or more of working, but usually tips make up for it

      Pros

      Batch pay and promotions are top notch, especially here in Olney. I've worked in St. Louis, MO, Sparta, IL, Carbondale, IL and Mount Vernon, IL. My favorite has been Olney. I won't reach Diamond status like I did in St. Louis, but the rewards are better in the smaller communities. Instacart cares about their drivers.
