Pros

Back in 2022, Instacart was a fairly profitable gig work. As a full time shopper, my daily income was ranged between $150-$200.

Cons

The company demonstrates a lack of fairness and support for its shoppers. Minor errors can result in immediate deactivation, leaving shoppers without recourse. Additionally, there appears to be a disproportionate focus on satisfying customer demands, often at the expense of the shoppers' well-being and contributions.

Pros

Batch pay and promotions are top notch, especially here in Olney. I've worked in St. Louis, MO, Sparta, IL, Carbondale, IL and Mount Vernon, IL. My favorite has been Olney. I won't reach Diamond status like I did in St. Louis, but the rewards are better in the smaller communities. Instacart cares about their drivers.

Cons

Batch pay could be better.
