Pros
Small, solid and organically-growing revenue, rapid growth with unusual opportunity for movement. Competitive compensation.
Cons
Aggressive, full-company transition to product model stalled or potentially failed, turning into "product transformation theatre", with company-level outcomes, but myopic obsession with outputs - releases and dates - anywhere below the N-1 level. No one below N-2 in product has any meaningful relationship with customers. All "empowered teams" are staffed exclusively at the N-3 and N-4 level. So higher ups over-promise to customers, and then turn to their teams and demand that they produce beyond their capacity. It's a pressure-cooker.
