Pros

Monday - Friday schedule Overtime is provided for hourly workers You get to connection opportunities with your clients.

Cons

*Low Pay *Workloads change and no pay increases are given *Sales fall on the center teams and you do not get commission off the sale if you did most of the work. *Policies change almost every month. Expect a new system policy to update randomly. *IT team is not local they are in another county so there is a language barrier as well as timing issue. *The center teams are expected to deal with Renewals processes which causes clients to become angry because of the OUTRAGEOUS price increases. I’m talking a 50% increase on an offices. *Hidden Fees (this is a new thing, we had a meeting on this recently where leadership told center teams to not let new clients know about hidden fees that will be included in their monthly rates.) *Earlier employees who were employed as Community Managers from 2023-2025 were demoted from their role due to IWG taking the CM role away (due to restructuring!) so Community managers made $23 - $24 then they took away the role but added a savvy name to a new role Deputy Manager and only pay $22 and hour. Only those making $23-$24 and who were able to be promoted to deputy during the switch, their pay was grandfathered in the system. If you are a newbie stepping into this role you will be making $22 to oversee 4-6 centers. Honestly that role should start at $60,000 yearly! *Favoritism Hires. If you kiss enough butt then you will make it further in the company! *SO MUCH MORE….
