Pros
The people within the engineering team are very easy to work with, tend to not have big egos and when arguments arise they are generally constructive. Engineering management empowers employees to make decisions, learn on the job, and apply new technologies when possible.
Cons
Mostly growing pains. Due to the recent acquisition by AGCO and scaling up of resources, onboarding new employees is a bottleneck. Priorities frequently shift which can be a tad jarring. The distributed nature of the team sometimes leads to a lack of cohesion between groups.
