Flexible work schedule to balance home family life. Annual raises although very minimal.
Cons
Reorganizing happens about every 2 years so always concern over layoffs. High workload. No one replaced when leaving so everyone takes on more. Company goal to shift work to overseas to increase shareholder profits and c suite bonuses.
