Pros
Work environment can be good depending on which franchisee you are under. Great experience for those who wish to work on cars with little or no knowledge as there is plenty of training in place.
Cons
Some owners have high sales demands, disheartening for those who are not sales savvy yet still provide great customer service. Safety may be overlooked in some shops which can put you at unnecessary risk.
