No value for employees - Product Manager Jio Employee Review

Horrible work culture. - Higher management treats employees like slaves (machines) and does not value the effort they put in. - Long work hours, many times 12+ hours a day, sometimes even on weekends. No appreciation, let alone any overtime pay for this. - Too much micro management and no autonomy and freedom to make decisions - Higher management gives orders and expects respect from employees - No respect for employee's time, for example Meetings are scheduled ad hoc without asking. Sometimes even on weekends. But higher management expects employees to respect their time. - Too much office gossip, sarkari culture. The worst culture at any company I have seen so far.
