Thus there is a culture of uncertainty & insecurity exists always. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of internal mobility. Competent and experienced employees are often overlooked for internal opportunities, while external hiring is prioritized. No parity in salaries, designation and knowledge is not valued. Salary increments remain single digit despite rising expectations and workloads, not even as per market inflation.
