honestly there was no pro's so many red flags, just needed a job at the time and took it bc it was full time

the culture in general shapes the way employees are. They are very good at scamming their customers & making it feel like its their fault. They are not interested in process improvement. My manager was very mean and talked badly about past trainees which didnt feel good as a current trainee, he was also quite rude to some of my other team members. They try to get ppl to stay and offer like bonuses but honestly its not worth it. If you just want something then sure, but dont think this is somewhere where u will love and grow. You will hate going in everyday and u will hate working with the ppl u work with. You will also hate the fact that u are the one expected to face the customers they basically scam. Oh! also they changed my schedule twice since I started there, Instead of working until 5 they started to say you're now working till 6:30 loll there goes your whole day.
