Pros
1. KUBRA generally is cool about working hours. You can show up whenever you like (within a reasonable time frame) as long as you put the hours in. 2. As a fresh grad, I had a good experience. I read some reviews on where people say to avoid this place as a fresh grad. I think KUBRA is a good place to start out if you are looking to enter a career working with web technologies. KUBRA exposed me to SQL, HTML, C#, ASP.NET, Android and iOS app. Also keep in mind that the amount of knowledge gained is dependent on how much a person puts into the job and how proactive they are about tackling issues within their queue. I guess it really depends on your attitude going in. 3. One thing that I would like to emphasize is that KUBRA employees good people. Most people (99%) I met at KUBRA were friendly, professional and well meaning. 4. The HR team does a good job at creating a nice work environment. They keep people engaged, have lots of food events, and are proactive with their anonymous feedback system.
Cons
1. The work itself can be a bit boring since the technologies being supported are quite old. 2. I like to be challenged with harder programming problems. The work was generally easy and didn't really expose me to solving interesting programming problems.
