Pros
Friendly and sociable coworkers but not really any pros beyond that
Cons
There are a lot of flaws with this company but I won't be able to fit it all into this box. The first thing that comes to mind is the constant micromanagement from upper management. They are discriminatory, severely unempathetic, and just plain awful. I am a pregnant woman who has been with the company for several years. I requested remote working privileges because of my nausea from my pregnancy and the two hour commute it takes to get to the office each way. This amounts to 4 hours of travel time each day which is just ridiculous when I can complete the same amount of work from the comfort of my own home. I presented HR with a medical doctor's note but my request was rejected by upper management. I have been a top performer, so this isn't a reflection on my work ethic, or their fear of inefficiency, but rather the fact they like to see their worker bees in their desks. My team is in a different country but upper management still insists I come into work twice a week. Upper management is definitely failing this company and maybe it speaks as a reflection of the whole. I have reached burnout but no one cares. Most people with talent have already left this company. The only people remaining who work at this company are the ones who cannot find another job. Beware when joining this company. I'll definitely be quitting soon too.
